The sustainable development is a concept made up of three pillars: social responsibility, environmental concern and revenues.

In Santa Cecilia we have adopted a system of environmental management with the aim of ensuring, to the different affected or related agents to our activity, that our desire of improvement goes on based on respect of the surroundings, using resources in a reasonable way to let future generations made good use of them.
